HAIRLEGANCE Braiding Class Terms and Conditions

Welcome to HAIRLEGANCE! Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before registering for our braiding class. By submitting your registration form, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

1. Registration and Payment

1.1. All participants must complete the registration form and submit it with accurate and up-to-date information.

1.2. The total fee for the braiding class is specified in the form,of which the specified deposit must be paid in full at the time of registration.

1.3. Accepted payment methods include Cash (in-person only), and other specified methods.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

2.1. All payments made for the Braid Class Bootcamp are non-refundable. We strongly encourage participants to be absolutely certain before completing their registration.

2.2. If you are unable to attend the class after registering, you have the option to reschedule for the next available Braid Class Bootcamp. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2.3. HAIRLEGANCE reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrollment. In such cases, participants will be given the option to reschedule.

3. Attendance and Punctuality

3.1. Participants are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled class. Late arrivals may not be accommodated.

3.2. If you are unable to attend your scheduled class, please notify HAIRLEGANCE as soon as possible. Make-up sessions are not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

4. Class Conduct

4.1. Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner at all times.

4.2. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the class without a refund.

5. Health and Safety

5.1. Participants must inform HAIRLEGANCE of any allergies or medical conditions that may affect their participation in the class.

5.2. HAIRLEGANCE is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur during the class. Participants are encouraged to take necessary precautions and follow safety instructions provided by the instructor.

6. Use of Materials

6.1. All materials and equipment provided during the class are the property of HAIRLEGANCE and must be used responsibly.

6.2. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or use any class materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent from HAIRLEGANCE.

7. Photography and Media

7.1. HAIRLEGANCE may take photographs or videos during the class for promotional purposes. By participating in the class, you consent to the use of your image for such purposes.

7.2. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform the instructor prior to the start of the class.

8. Privacy Policy

8.1. HAIRLEGANCE is committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for class administration and communication purposes.

8.2. HAIRLEGANCE will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. HAIRLEGANCE will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the braiding class.

9.2. HAIRLEGANCE's total liability for any claims related to the class shall not exceed the amount paid by the participant for the class.

10. Governing Law

10.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana.

10.2. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
